If there’s anything we love to do it’s to bake and we are good at it too. From our succulent apple flips or apricot cake with yummy cream cheese frosting to our mouth-watering bake apple cheesecake. Come on in and have a slice; the coffee is fresh and the kettle is boiled.

Drop In and Enjoy Just a Coffee!
Welcome to the Irish Loop Coffee House! Located ocean side on the main road in beautiful Witless Bay on the Avalon Peninsula in Newfoundland — just a short thirty five minutes from the historic city St. John's (Rte 10). This unique coffee and tea house offers many services. The first you will notice though is the commanding view of gorgeous Witless Bay. It's breathtaking and comes with delicious food. Yes food that's as good as the view.
Our wrap around deck is an opportunity to drink in the views with a fair trade coffee or a choice of teas. A good book and the crashing waves would complete the picture. Don't spend too much time reading however as you might miss the humpback whales cavorting in the bay. When the weather is not so nice the same views can be had inside through our large windows.
The Coffee House is conveniently located close to the spectacular East Coast Trail. Hikers can avail themselves of our affordable public shower service that includes towels, shampoo and soap. High speed Internet is available at a reasonable rate too. Check out our Rooms page for more information on our rentals.
